Google will manufacture Pixel phones in India, starting with the Pixel 8
Google announced that it will manufacture phones in India as part of the "Make in India" initiative, and it will start with the Pixel 8 series.
Google will partner with international and domestic manufacturers to produce Pixel smartphones locally and expects the devices to start rolling off the lines in 2024.
Both the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro are on sale in India from October 12, priced at INR 75,999 and INR 106,999 respectively.

Thats why ive said its why they are going to start also manufacturing in india, that and china/indian labour is cheaper, less laws in place to protect them too plus like i keep saying, the indian/chinese market is huge so they will get better profit ...

You are not reading correctly and are assuming to much. We are talking about assembly here, there are no 100 000 people assembling Iphones, and they sure as hell dont have a quota of 3 per day Maybe go work in a couple of manufacturing fact...
