Deal: Spend $100 at Samsung.com for a chance to attend the Olympics in Paris

Yordan, 05 March 2024

Samsung has been the official partner of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) for nearly two decades, offering plenty of deals when the time for the Olympic Games comes. And with the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris approaching, the Korean company announced it will send 10 people to the games for free if they spend at least $100 on Samsung.com.

The ruffle is open to US citizens, who will get a 3-day/2-night trip to Paris on July 25, and the main winner will also receive $400 per day in spending money. That will let them witness the opening ceremony on Friday, July 26, which is always a glamorous event viewed by millions of people.

IoT devices and accessories are also eligible for entering the lottery, but we decided to stick to mobile phones and wearables offered on the Samsung website.

The Galaxy S24 Ultra is the company's new flagship device and is one of the Androids to have for the long haul. It also comes with a refreshed camera and the Galaxy AI.

Samsung offers the Galaxy Watch6 in several variants, sizes, and colors. We love the 40 mm option because it is the cheapest (Bluetooth only), and with the rebate, it basically puts you in the minimum spending amount to purchase tickets to Paris.

In a world where flagships are selling for well above $1,000, the Galaxy S23 FE comes as a breath of fresh air. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 in the United States, and while the $629 price is a bit too much for a phone with a two-year-old chip, the instant trade can make it a very decent deal.

Samsung just announced the Galaxy A25, and this time it comes with 5G everywhere. It is a lovely phone with NFC, no-nonsense design and the latest hardware and software the $300 price tag can offer. We liked the photo and video quality during our review, which is always good when buying an affordable midranger.
