alright guys, if u wan it to play mp3, i suggest u guys buys mp3 player like ipod or smt...wan a megapixel camera? buy a 5 megapixel nikon digital camera. dont know why u guys expect from a PHONE?.. or i suggest, why not u guys custom-made a phone combining with ipod and a digital camera? those guys expecting so much from an handphone, are utterly childish... come on! have a mature thinking... phone's BASIC function is to COMMUNICATE!

I have been using the Nokia 7160 for years, I have been waiting for a similar design, I tought the 8910i was great but no good for the USA, I was so disapointed, I cannot wait for the 8800 or 8801 to be release I will buy two just in case I damage one!
Nokia is on top and will remain there. Great design

The phone is smaller than my N6630 but it is still heavier than it.

Laugh Out Loud @ Butzu! Are you sure this phone is gonna cost more than any other Nokia models even the most expensive model, 9500? Then your taste has a bit of problem, I think. This phone is a bunch of junk. It's so old fashion. The only think I like is the Steel cover and the screen resolution. The rest are so outdated.this phone should only cost around USD$300 or less.

This phone looks interesting, unique an its features are not as bad as people are letting off. It does not have extendable memory, yet it has in built 64mb. So if you already own an mp3 player, want loads of features, the ability to store approx 15 mp3's and use them as ring tones and most specifically you want style... This phone is for you...Send them to my store!

really what's goin on? a 262k TFT screen and the best they could offer is an SVGA camera? what's the use of digital music player when one only has 64mb memory? dont tell me this fone doesn't have infrared. what's really happening?

I own Nokia's most unique and in my opinion best value phones, the 5140 and 6600. I also own the Moto V3 and V600. It is ashame that Nokia is currently under-featuring and over-sizing their phones (sorry, but 107mm is not small---if Moto or Samsung put this out everyone would call it a brick but Nok gets free ride because of their reputation). I would expect a one-MP camera and quad-band on something like this. Critics can say that's not reasonable expectation because v3 doesn't have this, but v3 has quad band (for real travelers) and it has been out a lot longer so it was designed when those features were not yet in the market. Besides, Moto has always had a broader range of high-end metal phones than Nokia. There's no excuse for Nokia who just continues to disappoint a former fan. Would be nice to see them competitive again with good products that offer something other guys don't but it looks like we'll have to wait. In meantime I have become a devotee of Moto and S-E.

I think people buying this are not interested if there is no memory card or MPix camera. This phone is _premium_ - not a normal feature-packed smartphone (like 6230i or 6680).

One has to make to choice: either the style or the features... you can't have both... (No manufacturer will make a phone that has everything.)

Excellent phone! But it should be black instead of silver metal look like the 8910i.

??????????????? I have got the most raved about phone - the d500 along with the Razr V3 arguably the most stylish phones on the market and the newer Samsungs have been WOWED about and now people are questioning the style of this? the mechanism is amazing and steel. you push the screen up the and the flip slides. At least not another plastic slider. How can you hate Nokia ??? Functionality is SECOND TO NONE AT ALL!!!!!!!

going back to the mistakes made with producing the 8890.

Stylishly original. Expensive but expressive. Another icon from Nokia.
