I can't imagine that they did not add wifi ...

No 720p@30fps video recording, No Wi-fi. 1500 mah battery would be perfect and build quality would also be better....but economically nice mobile.

The new nokia C5 phone has the following improvements over the current C5
1. Now the camera is 5 mp "autofocus" (instead of 3.2 mp fixed focus)
2. Internal memory is now 270 mb (instead of 50 mb)
3. 256 mb RAM (instead of 128 mb)
4. up to 32 gb expendable (instead of 16 gb)
Rest specifications are moreover the same.
Personally i think its still missing Wi fi. But atleast its very close to a perfect budget smartphone now..

They had the chance to add some required features like Wi-Fi, usb otg, etc to fully load it.
But increased processor, ram, camera tells it's upgraded.
But degraded fixed focus, still the same sound as previous one, same display size.. Physically it tells not too much upgraded.

i using nokia 5630 if u want big battery use bl 5ct , 1050 mah ,i am using cool ... long time talk....i buy 2nd hand set..n change big battery ... loook n work like new,better then c5 nokia... coz have wifi too, u still can find in market... hot phone

Yeah... I Agree wid The Guys... Nokia Shud have atLeast Added a Wi Fi Feature on it... But the Upgrade seems to be Awesome.. Good Job Nokia.. But men..!!! Next time Try to upgrade it again and incLude Wi Fi...

Not went for earlier C5 ONLY because it was missing Wi-Fi and still the same... Missing one most important feature is a Fail upgrade...

Hmmm. This is more powerful than the original N95. The only difference is the Carl Zeiss lens that the N95 had as well as its slightly larger screen of 2.4 inches.
Otherwise, this new C5 has 4 times the RAM, a much faster processor and a slightly more advanced OS - S60 v3.2 as against S60v3.1 of the N95.
However, unless the specs listed here are wrong, I thought Nokia said S40 would be their platform for feature phones. Why S60v3.2?

Should serve as a good backup smartphone IF it had WiFi. So stupid not to include WiFi NOkia.

Nokia Thanks for the UPGRADE. I can now have a whole new world of 3G online activities. My old C5 runs on 8 hours non stop internet connection via EDGE. No dropped calls. Nokia N95 and N73 apps run on this phone. I can finally ditch ma plans for those power hungry "SMARTPHONES" for this upgrade. Thanks Nokia for listening to US.
