Does anybody knows for sure, the camera has autofocus ? In some early reviews on the net it said that it has autofocus, but here is not mentioned.

I agreed with some to certain extent that go to buy a separate camera or radio as this phone E65 camera quality are inferior and no radio...
But it is very inconvenient to carry radio, camera and a phone separately when going out... For myself, I prefer to have all into a phone and don't mind pay a bit more...
I used this E65 for 3 days and sold iot off... the camera quality is terrible compared to the same range cam phone. The display is small and very stressful for the eyes, etc..
I rather have the E61i for surfing... Good luck!

for those who wants a good camera for the fon, dun go for camera fon. go for camera instead. those who cun live without a radio, come on, does FM receiver costly these days? :p for those who doesn't bothers abt Fm n camera quality, this is a good fon, at least its function is beta than those series 40. isn't it so? to each it's own, mayb some people are jus too demanding or some who wants to pay peanut n get a gd deal. 4 dat, i would suggest they tie on to a contract or save up n wait for something 'perfect' to suit their nids.

guys dont worry about radio
the phone has wi fi for god sakes the size is perfect the screan resolution is amaysing use net radio applications .6 h .

The font size on E 65 is blinding. Nokia should address it. Otherwise this model will go to the drains?

NO radio??? how come nokia forgot to include this feature. though its quite impressive that it has WIFI but still they should also have to consider some features that others are really looking for.

The phone does not represent anything new aside from sliding factor and/or extra band - does not have a querty keyboard, like E70, but has the same camera. Does not have a display like N80, E70 or N92, but has...UMMMM??? What is new about it??? It is a slider -wow!
Nothing new here in the last 9-10 months. AND THE COST!!! Wait for N95 or E90 - at least those units are really new with new features, new feature packs, unlike the e65.
JMHO: In five minutes this phone will be $300 and that is a fact + it is not in the short supply, as some dealers are trying to tell you. You have at least five choices on ebay plus another 5-7 choices on Google - that is if you are willing to showel out $500US.
Nice phone, but not for this price.

Very small dispaly font size, very straining on the eyes. Can someone help me how do increase the font size

The camera quality is the worst among the 2 megapixels camera phones...
Try to upload to the PC, you can see the big difference comparing to other 2 mega cam phones...
Though radio not important to some but why missed out this...

the fon function like a norm symbian fon, jus that it belongs to OS ver 3. yes, u can use pwrpt, words n excel like the usual symbian fon. zip files n pdf aso can b read. there's even infrared for this fon. it supports wav n mp3 ringtone. tested n it's quite loud n clear. fantastic e series at the moment. beta than e50, e60 n e70. i stil like e61 best. nt unless they bring in the e61i or e90. then only il change fon.
for those who r interested to buy this fon, u will nt regret buying.

Yes, im a dealer n there's high demand for this fon currently as n6300 is sold out islandwide till CNY over. n6300 n e65 price have gone up b4 the CNY.
no doubt it doesn't have a flash for camera nor a Fm radio. it doesn't bother some of the users as they mainly use other functions apart from the FM radio. price appreciates or depreciates doesn't concern the 3 operators. they sell RRP n definitely earn if u buy fons without contract from them. for us, we r merely earning abit out from end users than the operators.
for e65, they supply u a soft puch n a HS-5 h/f. spare battery for this fon is nt available, not even 3rd party. my friend is using the fon n find that it's ez n nice to use. beta slider than 6288, 6280 n 5300.
