What ever you do DO NOT UPDATE FROM ANDROID 11 TO 12.
The phone is laggy as it is , android 11 is the best as smooth it will run, the more you update the worse the performance gets for "security updates" and new features I never wanted.
Stick to android 11 and its last updates but DO NOT UPGRADE , anyone with less then half a brain knows not to "click free " sites ,you are good at wost just install a antivirus on it and be set.
Worst phone I ever had , there are better phones at this price range.

- Gallery (except Google Gallery)
-Remove set alarms by selecting them
- Increase the volume of the phone

Good phone for the price no problems using it over a year now and camera quality is exceptional best thing is battery

Was really frustrating me. I was almost on the verge of throwing it in front of a moving train because of the constant lags.
But I've seen much improvement since i upgraded it to Android 13. It no longer freezes and the game play has been quite smooth.

I have used this phone for a year and 2 months now. In my opinion, it is a good choice for people on limited budget, like me. However, you shouldn't expect too much from it because it is a low end smartphone, after all.
It lags sometimes, but the CPU is as average as you can get.
It's good that it has an SD card slot and 3.5 mm jack, I use them all the time. Internal storage is about average, nothing special.
I think the battery is the best thing about Nokia G20, it lasts me 3 days on average.
One more thing, this phone is not really for Android 12 and above - battery life and performance decrease after the update. That's what I can say about it honestly.

After upgrading to android 13,I discovered that both sim network disappeared that is out of service,can't access calls or data.please wat the way forward

I only have this phone as it is a work phone, obviously bought in bulk for a super cheap price.
Wouldn't waste money on it, continually freezes, screen jumps around and then won't slide up to log in or answer it. charging extremely slow. My own phone is a samsung and far superior to this. Piece of junk

Have been using this phone for 2 years now.... It's been good but currently I have a challenge with the SIM toolkit app. It keeps on disappearing and it forces me to restart the phone every time. This is time consuming!!

Not a good phone at all, keeps hanging and screen starts flickering at random times. This goes away when restarting phone, but comes back approx every third day. The phone is few months old, but has done this from the start.
