But u nicely skip one thing NothingPhone right now cost lot less than new upcoming Nothingphone models.
But u can wait forever because there is allways something new and better coming.. have fun using u old phone..

It doesn't heats up when used heavily to me.
It's 4g/5g
Don't know how long it will be updated,but I think it will have at least 2 more major updates(my opinion)
The screen is flat.
Compared to OnePlus 11 Just Expect a bit less battery ,less speaker and ui performance . Overall I love it

Looking to have some questions answered about this phone if anyone is willing as it's one of my options for my next phone:
How many os updates will the phone get?
Does it have Google play support?
Does it support visible? (just lte 4g is fine. I don't need more than that)
Is the screen flat?
And now easily does it heat up under heavyish loads?
(Also please don't suggest a phone to me I have my own criteria for a phone and I just wanna find a mid ranger to replace my OnePlus 11 on my own.)

Today I updated my one year old nothing phone 1. So far so good. Everything is running smooth though first couple minutes I saw some jitters/lagging here and there. Then I updated my playstore and restart my device. Then it is giving me a very good battery backup with 7.5h sot. I don't use the camera much but I think it's also relatively good 😊. Just one disappointment that glass effect is missing 😌

Bought a nothing 1 on July 2023 , After using it for about 3 half month's hardly , Suddenly it blacks out screen ,I have gave it for repairing and it took me whole 1 momths ,and its not even a day from the day got it back again the defect starts again ... Till now i haven't got back my phone yet .

is huawei band 8 compatible with this phone? i cannot seem to enable notifications in np1 device & app notifications. any work around on this?

The speakers are the weakest feature of NP1 in my opinion.

Placing the front-facing camera in the middle of Phone (2) destroyed the design aesthetics and philosophy of Nothing. I think the Phone (2) would look better if it had the same front camera placement as the Phone (1).
