Specs are fine for the price....but why would they trade the ultrawide cam for a crappy, good for nothin' 2MP macro? A main 108MP supported by a better-if-it-was-not-there 2MP macro

It's rare. Plus, it has a rounded frame, which is infinitely more ergonomic and comfortable to hold than the usual flat frame.
