Fantastic product. Bought mine in 2019 and it is still performing. Screen guide broke and just done
a replacement and the quality of performance is awesome! I recommend the phone for new users.

My Personal experience of this phone for 5 years, is not working fine at all due to age, the battery last for just 1-2 hours and almost it is all the time charging ( even using power saving), for gaming it is so terrible, it is so lag. And from the start February 1, 2022 it started slowing down the system like the ram that transfers 1 GB of storage to my phone takes 1 hour. Overall it is a decent phone for budget phone for work but I don't recommend buying it this 2022 or 2023. But thanks to oppo for this phone that was still new and working efficiently.

The specs are quite good for a mid range phone ,but the problem is not with the phone but with the company. Oppo releases so many new models each year that it forgets about the older ones (like this one).It has been almost 3 years since its release, still it has never recieved an OS update.Moreover ,if you worried about privacy, then you should stay away from OPPO.
but if its not an issue you can go for an oppo phobe better than this in the same price range.

They didn't focus much on a budget smartphone, just like your A7 while F series is a midrange line. Anyway, OPPO just updated its update policy recently for devices that were launched in 2019 and onward. Flagship/Midrange/Budget will get 3/2/1 time(s) OS update respectively. Each of the devices will receive at least 3 years of security patches (4 years for the flagship Find X series). You can refer to it on their official page.
