I recently bought this wonderful and elegantly smart Panasonic Eluga 12 mobile 4G VoLTE 3GB RAM and 16GB Int.Mem with 8GB rear & 5GB front cameras...
I was very happy to open the box and and 'on' the mobile but faced with 2 issues that I am discussing here with the simple solutions found as below:
Issue-1:
When i first started using it with Jio 4G SIM, internet didn't come...then i looked up at the comments about this issue on the internet and found many people having the same issue and giving all negative remarks about this product...
but later i found that it was a simple solution...
you have to touch the upper edge of the screen and pull down the default menu where you find the default settings page and there touch the 4G logo and 'on' the 'Cellular data' that's all then you get the internet!
Issue-1 Solved!
Issue-2:
Next issue is about sharing the Hot Spot WiFi...
Here again, it's a little bit different from other mobile brands, but not that difficult to do...
Open Settings->Tethering & portable hotspot->WiFi hotspot->On->Set up WiFi hotspot->Password->Show Password and now you can use this Password to share WiFi with Laptop, PC or other smart mobile phones...
Issue-2 Solved!
I hope these two simple solutions are helpful related to your Panasonic Eluga issues!
Hope you all guys think and try out finding simple solutions before giving negative remarks for such a great product like Panasonic Eluga 12!
Overall Panasonic Eluga 12 is really a great smartphone as it comes from the reliable and reputed Japanese Company!

Not much app but still showing much more or wayyyy more spcae required for the app to install. Secondly a touch problem. 3rd internal storage is showing4gb not 8gb. Dont know why.. its from the beginning..
Its almost impossible to change default storage save option.
Its very light.. thts good
N hear well.
Well structured.
Battery goes down like a rainfall..
After 5% it reaches 1%in seconds.. how.. why??

It doesn't stand on my expectations when I have taken the play store and now the play store doesn't work so I have to install the games and apps form 9 apps and the internal storage is too small and the camera is not good I just hate

IT does'nt stand according to my expectaions its batterry is very poor and the fropnt camera is also not good sometime speaker also blinks not to know what to do because the service center is also not coporating
