Poco X3 NFC in for review

Yordan, 09 September 2020

Yesterday the Poco X3 NFC was introduced to the world, and today it landed with us for a full review. Before we get on with the long procedures and tests, we unpack it to see what the box has to offer.

It's actually one of the richer retail packages around with a 33W charger and cable, a see-through plastic case and even some Poco stickers.

The Poco X3 NFC itself comes with promising specs, particularly considering its super aggressive price. The LCD is 6.67” big and comes with up to 120Hz refresh rate, with the fingerprint scanner on the side.

It has a single punch hole, which is centrally placed but reasonably small, so doesn't get much in the way.

There are four cameras on the back, lined up on an X pattern, with the LED flash assisting for the proper aesthetics. You get a 64MP main camera and an ultrawide shooter alongside two auxiliary 2MP sensors.

The battery is where the Poco X3 NFC excels - with 5,160 mAh capacity and 33W charging it could easily impress us both with battery life and charging speeds.

In the end, Poco X3 NFC is a phone that starts from just €230 (€200 for some early birds) and at first glance offers more than its competitors in this price range. Arguably more importantly it's globally available, making it particularly exciting. We'll now set off to check if its real-life performance can cash the checks written by the specs sheet - stay tuned for our full review.
