My mobile q z10 charge slowly i have connected 2 ampere charger

Your z10 battery reached dead end and it will not power on the set as it automatic system boot ....other mobiles wont start until to power on the button ...
Now pull out the battery connector and charge with volt 5v aprode for some mints and set it back.
Then charge with normal charger.

When my phone is power on then charger is not detected on phone ..when i turn the phone off then charging is start .how do i solve this problem???

remove mobile battery and charge it to universal charger only 20 minut after during 20 minut removed the battery ...and fix it in the mobile phone after fixing battery then connect the original charger in the mobile phone charging jack
