Why do Samsung keep on using the confirm key as opening the web browser in standby mode? That is a very annoying feature and a reason why I never buy Samsungs

I have this phone, for 3 weeks now. I use it on all kind of purposes, the camera is great, gprs speed works just fine, I like the interface, not being branded makes this phone just great. It's very slim, the display is bright, coloured and looks great. The keyboard is digital, and after you get used to it, it's easy to use it. I like the slide mode, when someone is calling, it gets very easy to answer. Video quality is much better that in usual mobiles, it has plenty of memory, using microSD cards. It's easy to personalize, has a great music player. Using it intensivly(wap, camera, java, photo editing), the battery lasts for about 20 hours. One can use it for editing photos taken without using a pc. I love it. Slim is sweet!!!

my girlfriend has one of these, the phone does indeed look and feel good, the display is amazing and the camera is great but it has to have the worst, most annoying user interface i have ever come across. it makes all sorts of annoying bleeping and chiming noises and the interface is far from user friendly.

that said, the phone is very nice to hold and incredibly slim. if this phone had an interface more akin to that of a SE phone i would look into getting one
