User555, 23 Apr 2024Bought it for $300 and the phone lasted 2 years and then st... moreMy dad bought it in 2020 as well and around 2023 it got battery drain issues, part of it from firmware updates and battery health as well. so far in 2024 it has 79% health which is alright but wish it lasted longer like its expensive brothers

Bought it for $300 and the phone lasted 2 years and then started having ghost touch problems, repaired it for $100. Then 2 years later again, ghost touch problem reappeared and now have to repair again for $100. Basically this phone lasts for 2 years. Spent a total of $500 on this phone. Absolutely not worth it, do not recommend.

I love Redmi note 9 series because I can't afford samsung galaxy s20 ultra. For me Redmi note 9s was a great phone 💖💖💖💟, but the xiaomi manufacturer should make the price higher in order for this phone to have stainless body frame and amoled 1080p display:-).

Very very very disappointed buying this note 9s..what a bad luck for own this xiaomi product..only can stand a year only after update system,always popup camera failure not connected,then redmi company dont have any solution for this..when i send email or give feedback..only respon for the same answers..no solution..

It has been 3days. 1st impressions good, then realized that I need to use battery saver options or 1 full charge cannot stand until tomorrow. Owh, jammed. (jeng palo)

I have already been with it for a year and so far i have not had any problems with the equipment because, its a chinese reference
I came to think that it could present some failure or qualite but so far i feel very happy with this equipment and with the brand. That supports it

This phone is heaven speaking of the HD, the fastness the double space, the speaker is boom💣💥 the picture quality using the front and back camera 📸 is a replication of you in the future when shot with it🥰 seriously this phone is NATURES CALL. THE back and front glass is an anti scratch no dents I love this phone REDMI NOTE 9S machine operator ✌️🤑🌚

Redmi note 9 pro(India) is totally disgusting.
Never buy it.please!!! I really suffer to buy this phone. This phone takes a long time for reboot. Camera is low quality. Charge backup is very bad..

the restart issue has destroyed my redmi note 9pro global. I tried hard resetting my device. but it didn't work. in fact the reboot issue didn't let the hard reset complete and it turned off in the middle of the process then it kept on restarting. I can't even switch off my phone. it turns back on and keeps on rebooting. one thing I've noticed is that when even my finger touches the power button even when I'm not pressing it the device gets out of the restart loop error and boots up.

There was no any issue up to seven months after unboxing. But after lasted up date the battery is draining so fast and device getting hot slightly. Can any one explain please???

the speaker of this phone sound good but its not loud. like i have to turn it up to about 73% to 80% just for me to hear the audio,well most of the video i watch. but yeah its ,not loud.

After I have saved a photo to my album, the notification stays for a long time before it disappears. Same thing happens too when I clear the cache or the memory, notification stays for a long time before it disappears. Can anyone help? Thank you!

In my Redmi note 9s mobile some extra toggles in control centre are appearing ie TOY, BOWL etc and not disabling. Can anyone help me in this regard
