Its a perfect phone if you are not a gamer
Insane battery life
good software and security
also no Update problems. I simply love it .
Ill keep it with me for my daily usage and Ill probably buy another phone for my gaming.
Cz I know those gaming featured phone won't give me knox security and regular updates. Also I won't have any fear of green lines

I have only had mine for 2 yrs and it is a oc of crap!
Where do I begin? 🤔
1. Well for one I have an SD card that holds all my photos
And I only have 11 or 12 apps I Installed that didn't come with the phone. And there are useless apps that came with the phone I don't even use and you can't uninstall them or your other apps can misbehave it says. So that all the Sansung and Galaxy apps is taking up room in my internal storage.
2. With all that being said my phone keeps running out of storage for why I see no reason! If I don't constantly clear the cache out every other day it won't even let me take a picture. Which is BS! 😡 my SD card is not even half full so that isn't the problem. And I've transferred all the apps possible to my SD card to save room in my internal storage! But it still says not enough storage..to clear some out and try again! This phone is a pc of crap! I don't know if it's just this one particular phone or just this model phone.
I'm really researching phones to hopefully purchase a better one..don't particularly want another iPhone cause you can't add external storage and I'm concerned how much storage one would have? If it got full then what do you do? You can't add a SD card to one.
3. The button on the side to turn the screen off is inconvenient..I did go in the settings and change it to where you can tap the screen to turn the phone face on and off but now that has quit working and I'm back to the side button which if you hold your phone you accidentally turn it on every time you hold it or put it in your purse or neck carrier for safe keeping till you use it! That's aggravating as double L😠
The only good thing I can say about this phone is it takes pretty good pictures and videos other than that it has too many issues for me!

A12 a week old and calls for update. Upon update completion phone locked out never to power up again. Walmart wouldn't except it for return because receipt was lost. Gotta love the money wasted on Walmart rejected items.

The phone is OK. The programmers should be fired and replaced. Software is horrible. No options given to customers to keep old software or opt out of updates for example Calendar.

everything works fine, the camera takes poor quality photos. overall for the price of $200 i paid it does the job for calls .

I got this phone over a year ago. I don't understand what's happening. At first, it was okay. The photo quality was good and it was not overheating but after half years the phone started to overheat and the photo quality got ever worse, not to mention Pro camera which makes all pictured white. The micro camera is good, storage and functions all good but yk..

I hate it. It freezes, it wobbles, it's unresponsive, blue tooth shits itself, photo taking is difficult, keypad is crap, I want my Oppo back!
