Ive been using X3 Pro 1year and a month as of now I experienced the screen is not touching anymore and I do some searchings and find out that I am not the only whos facing the problem. so it has an issue in the motherboard or in CPU that makes the screen untouchable or the screen doesnt work. I repair it and the repair man tried to reheat the part in CPU just to fix. even its fix there are times that the problem will happen again and will tend to repair it again. it happened 5 times to me very expensive for repairing. so all I could say is it is good performance but the quality of phone is disappointing hoping this issue doesnt happen to other units. it is a beast phone but the quality still needs to be centered.

I've had a Poco x3 pro for about two years, no problem with software but my battery health is at 62% (using accubattery). Otherwise a great phone but the battery has deteriorated too much in two years.

Anonymous, 21 May 2023Same 😢It's just a bad prod phone that made it useless. It does hang booting, I have made all effort to fix it but proved abortive and got another phone.

Anonymous, 21 May 2023Same 😢I guess it's because the last security update. Had the same problem with my x3, when I opened a random app suddenly the app closes, returned to the previous screen, freezes and reboot. Just randomly, not after using a sertain app or game... it even happend a few times while i was checking my settings.
Did a factory reset and till now it didn't happen again. 🤞🤞

Almost 2 years had this. And its working great. No problemo on hardware or software. From miui 13 to 14. Love this phone.

Seriously why people here facing so much problem? Im still using this phone for 2 years, and sadly lost twice, but thanks to find xiaomi device it returned twice too, because i keep the bootloader locked, for daily use this phone is beast and no random freezes or overheating, i play pubg on smooth extreme sometimes and it doesn't overheat much, btw im using vayu 8/256

gsmarena testers have no clue in technology : the display in poco x3 pro (boe) is totally different from the ones used in poco x3 nfc (tianma / huaxing)
it's not because the same size that it means automatically the same displays : technology used in each level is totally different.
stay with your marketing approach and avoid testing or get real testers next time !

I've been using this phone since May 2021, all in all, this is an amazing phone which I was able to purchase using my first ever wage in life. The performances are excellent, minus the battery life as I can only play Genshin Impact or Mobile Legends for 4-5 hours, which is only an minor drawback for the beast phone that you're getting. I do want to switch to Poco X4 GT or X GT series in the future for even higher gaming performance and more storage

Rahul, 25 Jul 2022This is a overpowered phone....i use this phone more than 1 year.Which is why I purchased it.
I cannot see myself replacing it for 5 years.

Used poco x3 pro since August 2021, was working alright until 1 week ago phone screen frozen itself & unable to turn on/restart or charge using original charging cable. Luckily it was 1 month till warranty ends, so it's now at service centre. Will sell the phone after fix & try higher end xiaomi phone like black shark phone, been looking miui for many useful functions & downloadable free theme customization.

Worst phone i've ever had im so disappointed. bought my poco x3 pro may 16, 2021 in less than a year it has a problem already on network the phone cnt be called even i put any sim. Unfortunately i was late by 15days to bring it to the service center and didnt cover any warranty.

Got this phone since release. Currently using it. It have worst wifi with frequent disconnects (not a signal problem). Xiaomi not releasing promised updates for 6 months. I will not buy any Xiaomi as my next phone. Had Redmi before and had different feelings. Now Xiaomi gone for mass production and maximum gains.
This phone have nothing which can impress you. It's mostly average to below average. Not enough for today's needs.

Poco X3 phone is very bad in my view.. it has a very severe lagging problem.. not just games but even calls are not working properly.. many times i faced problem like i can see caller name but options to cut, receive or message are missing..sometimes games close automatically and suddenly.. i cant understand how people consider this a gaming phone... and auusual MIUI is worst.
