Let us assume the iPhone had even 10x better performance than S22 Ultra, it still would remain an overpriced piece of hardware. Just a few examples:
- That fantastic performance would not compensate the lack of the S Pen and all related features
- That fantastic performance would not compensate the lack of 10x optical zoom and all other camera features
- That fantastic performance would not compensate the lack of a DeX equivalence
- That fantastic performance would not compensate the lack of world's best integration with your notebook which is Link to Windows: can you stream 5 applications from an iPhone simultaneously on a MacBook and still open multiple other apps on your phone while copying with drag and drop files in both direction in any arbitrary folder on both devices? Oh of course, you have at least one part of it: the shared clipboard!
- There is a lot more you would not be able to do on your iPhone with that fantastic performance.
That lower performance of S22 Ultra is enough to do all of the above fluently. But whatever performance an iPhone offered, it would not be able to do those things. So the performance is not the limiting factor here. It is just bragging with specs and trying to distract users.

Samsung meanwhile is giving 4 full OS updates now, and their update speed is only a dream for your alternatives. Samsung phones are guaranteed to stay fresh and capable for at least 3 full years, like if you see the performance of the Note 20U in this review.
I myself with S10 plus running Android 12 don't feel an urge yet to change phone.

Realme gt2 pro is the one that deals better among chinese phones.

Loving the idea that this year we have added S pen, and same size battery, at same cost as last year, but a bit disappointed on the reduced RAM and lack of expandable storage

Neutrino, 25 Feb 2022Why there is no Iphone 13 Max pro for comparison in the per... moreWell, it doesnt make sense to compare geekbench scores between iphone and Android, and btw, the bugs on ios or lack of basic android features make more impact than some Geekbench numbers. On the other hand, if you want to compare, you can also compare Antutu, and I believe the difference between Flagship androids and iphones is not much.

Why don't you shoot high resolution mode in the camera test any more? All the reviews of the past including S22+ two days ago provided some shots in high resolution mode. Those and also the full resolution samples in general put GSMarena reviews on top of all websites! Please consider adding some of those 108MP shots! Thank you :-)

Also,in real life xdr content and outside brightntess on the 13 pro max is far better, dont know why, i tried to go into a store to see and to know if i have to return my unit...but no, those in the store were similar less bright
So, iphone 13 pro has better performance, brighter display, better battery life, better price

Those are both flagships phones and most expensive Sammy phone should be compared directly with the competition. Maybe because it's a beating to Samsung ;-)

That's 3 years in a row, I'd be skipping a Samsung Galaxy flagship for a Chinese alternative.
Just like Apple, they simply refuse to put proper cooling mechanism on a $1000 plus phone

PS I think your unit might be defective or it's in dire need of firmware update; left corner of photos is seriously out of focus and mushy.

Life at android was never better than this. S22 ultra is a beast and by far a better value proposition than iPhone 13 pro max.
Just buy it.
BLESSED TOGET GALAXY S22 ULTRA WITH A Pen.
Camera are much better than described in the above review.

Today got my first software update here in Spain. Weights 800mb, came with some Samsung app updates, fixed the video bug and also came with March security patch

I dont get it. Pretty much every other review out there pointed out at avarage battery life and since Gsmarena review didnt come.out before today, I ended up canceling preorder. And now GSM says that battery is excellent.
