I cant install autodesk, sketchup without GMS, still no apps for enginner in Huawei

If you install netflix using gspace you have full L1 drm support.

Not similar but a direct... moreActually it is not really bad to copy a little bit from other, its not like other brand don't copy one or two things from Huawei right? Huawei want simplicity but more easy ecosystem for the customer and not having google is the biggest way for it.

lovely tablet - I have nova 8 about a year now and I must to say not having the GMS never bother me that much because after these years HMS grown well

Not everyone paid cloud storage subscription to back up their data in the cloud. Also not everyone have stable, fast and unlimited quota to use cloud storage.
I couldn't careless about unable to tranfer apps data to sd card.

But since apps are always installed on internal storage, I think having a larger internal storage might be a better idea. microSD card support is still a good thing if you always never keep your documents, pictures, and videos on the internal storage.

I think Huawei not having Google is good for consumers and eventually for Huawei too. They will build their own ecosystem without dependency from Google. It will be a third horse race betweeen Google, Apple and Huawei. App Gallery as it is already has all the apps I need so it will just get better from here on. Most people are too Google dependent nowadays, theres so many alternative services out there. Only Google Service imho that cannot be replaced is Youtube, which luckily you can access by Gspace / lighthouse or whatever. I’m already so used to accessing it via web app. So lack of Google is not a big deal for me anymore.

I have been using ipad for 10 years and the number of photos I took is less than 50 with the rear camera. you won't use tablets for daily photography. that is why you use your smartphone. don't pay extra for a tablet for it's rear camera.only camera you will use is the front camera for video calls.
