Nokia X30 review

Looking back at this smartphone in 2024, I just realized that this is yet another smartphone with offline FM Radio functionality but no headphone jack, just like the 2020 LG Wing 5G and the 2019 Samsung Galaxy A80.

AutoFocus, 24 May 2023The difference is pretty obvious if you try to run anything... more"The diference is pretty obvious" is a far fatched claim, i owe x30 and till a year ago i only owed flagships, the difference is not quite obvious and one can throw at it quite a bit. The only "obvious" difference that will take a flagship from a midranger apart (when we talk day to day use) is playing games. Well people who consoder rhis devices are probably not concerned of how smooth it plays games...

Leoppoisl, 05 Aug 2023It'll be good if Nokia brings at least a Snapdragon 7 ... moreWell I am happy with the chip they use now it's sufficient for the majority of people but a newer chip is always welcome of course

It'll be good if Nokia brings at least a Snapdragon 7 or 700 series for some of their smartphones

So, I went over the review looking for anything about eSIM & 5G connectivity. Can it run 5G on both SIMs?

For the price not many phones can beat this one with superior quality and simple and good looks.

The price drop is good news it makes this phone even more valuable for money and even I am a Galaxy S22 ULTRA user that's over twice as expensive as this phone you really won't miss a lot on it for sure. My friend has the X30 when we compare day to day use there's really no difference in speed or anything.

Stock Android helps a lot with battery life and less bloatware is nice, but I am really can't decide what to pick next because X9a far cheaper.

I think I am gonna wait for X30 to fall in $400, if that ever happens.

                                      Nokia's revival in this survival.

As much as I aim for this phone as my next, Honor X9a is now released for like $200 cheaper in my country (Philippines) with the same processor and better screen.

I really am conflicted because Nokia offers a clean Android experience (which I totally like), but aside from that, the $200 difference really makes me conflicted.

I think being environmental is being affordable too...
