This phone use last 6 months, very bad phone, no one has purchage this phone,first problem phone heat mostly 15 min use, 2 problem, screen auto resolution quitly opp dirction out side phone showing very darkly,, phone hanging, volume is very slow,

I'm using this device from last 6-7 months and I rate this phone 1 star out of 5 stars. This phone has many issues. The very first problem in this phone is it didn't have a applock vault and also there isn't screen recorder in this device one has to download a third party application for screen recording. This phone has a major network issue problem whenever I on the mobile data it really takes 1-2 mins to on it and there is also notification issue if anyone has messaged me on WhatsApp or sms me device didn't notify me or if someone call me on WhatsApp my phone didn't rang and also didn't notify me this happens to me many times. I really just hate this phone

I know this is quite cheap on the market and fits in the pocket without burdening our wallet but what I need is a screen recorder or without downloading from a third party and from the Play Store even though I have updated One UI 6!! Please consider before buying!!!

Neng2Cwinner , 30 Dec 2023God this phone don't coma charger noe i already bought... moreMy A14 only lasted 6 months slow to charge and then stopped working. John Lewis has claimed water damage and refused to repair or replace.
Could only have been caused by rain. Have read on another review site this phone is neither dust or water proof, who doesn't answer their phone when raining.

God this phone don't coma charger noe i already bought 3 charger with this phone but the problem the phone don't work its so slow. This is my first experience with this phone charging so so bad

Just got a14 5g last month phone was choppy right out the gate but I had to do alot of updates (system & apps) after using smart switch but since updating my only issue is slow charge speed & touch sensitivity could be a little bit more accurate outside of that im satisfied with this purchase out of 10 I'd have to give it a 7.5 overall but for a budget phone I'd give it 9/10

Owned one with the Exynos 1330 chipset inside it. Definitely the best budget phone i ever used. It's miles ahead in performance (application and gaming) than my last device, A10s. Sorry for the double post.
