This year's processor should support ARMv9-A instructions, built on the Cortex A715 and A510.
ARMv8.2-A , A78 and A55 are old.

Comparing price wise...Since A55 and OP12R cost exactly same in India that is 40k, GSMArena could have mentioned 12R as an alternative.
