When, how much and will there be a smartphone version of this phone? I don't care if its android, winmo, symbian. Will it shoot proper 30fps HD 720p videos? Those are the questions I'd love answered in the review when it finally arrives. Q1 2010 is fine by me.

            Hi,
I would actually like to see some photos with indoors lightings included in your standard reviews,
since those are usually the conditions which most phone camera have problems with,
yet it's one of the most (if not the most) common situations general users usually ended up using their phone's camera.
Many thanks for the hard work :)

It would have been nice if u could have included N86 to the comparison.
And we all would like to see lowlight shots in your previews/reviews..
Since I think pretty much all new "quality" camera phones are good enough for average users in the day light, but if they suck in indoor pics they are useless...(like innova)..sorry samsung fanboys if I offended u in some way.. but C905 and N86 are doing much better job in indoor pics.

wow, the pixon 12's pics are great. wow!!! alittle to oversharpend and to much contrast, i tick less and there would also be less noise and a cleaner look. that would be the perfect camera phone for all these day's which i don't have my d300 with me :-). I hope the Satio produces similar results, than it will be my next phone. 12pm, flash, smart OS, big touchscreen. great...

Unfortunately the 305d pictures are a little oversaturated and soft, otherwise it would look a lot better in direct comparison to the others. change the settings as a normal dslr user would...

I like this comparison with an point and shoot very much actually. This way you really see how good the modern cell phones have become.

Shame of the 18-200mm lens though, couldn't have been much worse than that! :P But I can see through that, but the Pixon is still great!

I'm going for the iPhone though, I need a good working phone, I shoot my important pictures with my 40D.

It appears samsung is still copying from others then trying to expand off some other company invention. They rush out with crapy products that usually give you long runs of poor performing phones. I'll rather be patient and stick with a company that put out products that work right and longevity is good. Keep up the good work nokia

great phone, very slick design, just how I like it

but hey GSMarena team...to be honest

your review/previews of sony and nokia phones are very....well...bad..and for samsung...well...all good

for example...the omnia HD preview...compared to the Satio preview....its like the first was a palace in heaven and the other a crappy house..

                            for gsmarena.com team:

i appreciate the hard work that u ppl put into analyzing the phone and making it easy for us to make choice in buying phone.

for all the fans who visit this site and leave their comments must understand that these reviews are unbiased . ive read comments that are posted by some people (Fans of SE & Nokia) criticizing the review is unfair.

mobile phone industry is all about innovation. and that is what i have noticed samsung doing in their every phone. good work samsung

Samsung is producing the Best Mobiles in 2009 as Nokia an Sony Ericsson are more bothered about impressing the Mid-Range handset market, this will definetly be the best camera mobile uptil now,but theres only one drawback on Samsungs mobiles they do not put Very Strong batteries on there mobiles, so with the Cost of the mobile an running it,there mobiles turn out very expensive indeed which is the let down with there current mobiles
