Sony Ericsson Satio review: Shooter by vocation

27 October 2009
Sony Ericsson have long ago shown that they are not afraid of any challenge, producing handsets that have claimed a top spot on the market. There are still plenty of fans from those good old days that would love to see another market-leading device thrown their way...

Awesome, its good to know this phone didn't dissapoint.

The only problem is price, get that price down SE!! You could have a big winner here. ITs good to see Sony back in the game.

          Satio has 256MB of RAM!
          not 128MB!
128MB is the INTERNAL flash memory...
          its a mistake!
they also mention the 32GB cards in the review (not in the beginning though)
          Gsmarena FIX it please!

            nice review,

it did lose some of its "wow 12mp symbian" maybe cause it took awhile to hit the market..

but you can't blame phones like HTC Touch HD2, Hero and the whole Snap Dragon range of phones for being such high end contenders

..., 27 Oct 2009please fix the RAM thingy... Satio has 256mb RAM! you mea... moreYes, the Samsung i8910 HD is better with 256MB RAM, 3.7" AMOLED Capacitive Touchscreen and TouchWIZ 3D UI. Multimedia phone without 3.5mm audio jack, stereo speakers and standard USB port is a big letdown.

Xenon flash is not adequately powerful
VGA@30fps video is no longer top of the line
The S60 5th edition UI isn't to the best in class standards
No 3.5mm audio jack or a standard USB port
No DivX or XviD support out-of-the-box
                      No smart or voice dialing
Playing flash videos in the browser easily depletes the available RAM
No office document editing (without a paid upgrade)
                      No stereo speakers
                      No digital compass (magnetometer)

will never buy it. i can get more from cheap phone
