All the hype about it & it turned out to be one of the least desirable phone. Less than 1 year since the X1 was launched & now the X2 is here. SE is well known for announcing a soon to be launched model well in advance. It will surely come but wait for another 6 to 10 months before you see it on the shelf. That is not the end of it. When the waiting is finally over you got your state of the art dream phone. Much to your disappointment is not so state of the art after all. Is a half baked phone. I had one & I sold it within a month. Btw, my Satio is only 10 days old & is now in SE service centre. Now you know why SE's market share is shrinking & losing $ every day. Also not forgetting to say that their after sales service sucks.

Is not the processor, is the software that counts.
I would not be surprised if the X10 turns out just like the Satio.
These Symbian S60 v5 & Andriod OS are very new to SE.

Have you guys heard the audio in the video samples? Its a friggin joke.. The sample rate is 8000 Hz, which is kinda pathetic.. pretty sure the bitrate wont make a difference(192 kbps) considering the sampling frequency is so low..
kinda reminds me of the Omnia HD when it first came out - terrible audio on the HD recording, but thankfully they'd fixed it later..

After the Aino and Satio fiasco's this might be the phone that save SonyEricsson. Very little to fault on this phone (3.5mm audio jack, micro sd card etc.)and I might actually buy it. The only problem is, by the time this phone is released Nokia, LG and Samsung will most likely have released 4 similar phones each.
The competition is tough, hopefully SE can compete next year.

Awesome looking phone with great specs. Have it on preorder already. :)
Not too worried about the update to 2.0 etc, I'm sure it comes.
If not, then just hack it. ;)

I'm gonna go out on a limb and call this one DOA! I base that on the following; Android 1.6, no timeframe or assurance given that it'll get 2.0, SE has a long history of release it and forget it. There are many upcoming Android phones I'd run out and buy on day 1 but this isn't 1 of them. Sure it looks pretty but since it's running 1.6 we should call the beauty exactly what it is; lipstick on a pig!

Ooooh, this looks interesting, shame it's out after xmas, if/when my N900 arrives and I'm not happy with it, this could well be a nice alternative!!!
