Nokia rockz, 03 Nov 2010Ive had N8 now 2 weeks. Before using iphone 3G and very las... morebecause people are lazy and more dependant on their phone to think for them
when they have a phone in their hand they don't wanna think they just wanna do
and nokia is still not like that because they know everyone has sense and doesn't need to spoon feed at all
symbian3 is a great improvement to symbianOS and i'm looking forward to alot of great new features that nokia and the symbian foundation have in store
i've had mine since last week friday and i lOVE it
you can turn widget feeds on or off on the fly
and 6 widgets a page is fine
i only use 2.5 and everything is so much faster
peopel complain about how slow it is....turn off the theme effects
which only nokia can do
have the things people want on their phones they have to download it
like a proper GPS
ovi maps will always be #1
and it's so much faster now
i'm honestly happy with my purchese of the N8 and impressed with nokia's update to symbian

Ive had N8 now 2 weeks. Before using iphone 3G and very last SGS. iOS and Android is good os, but still dont understand the whining about Symbian. Its easy to use and everyting works fine. Its definitely different than iOS or Android but theres no big failures. Maybe people just dont like it because it looks a bit outdated. But for me thats not a problem.

why do these guys never seem to review symbian with updated applications
like
ovi maps
everyone so far has reviewed it with 3.04 and 3.06 is already out for symbi3n so what's the deal with that
and i lOVE MY N8 so much
best built phone ever in mobile history
no lie
it's solid
now for a slight update with the firmware and apps and BAM nokia will getting 40 - 50 % in the mobile industry

After reading full review i must admit nokia is smart.....they make it fixed focus its intentionally.so if you need all in one go for n8.And c7 is more cheaper then n8.try easy to understand end of the day its business.

anybody, 03 Nov 2010well wat do you expect when a company releases like 10 phon... moreSorry, but it seems that a small company called Microsoft just released a new OS and 7-8 new phones that are certainly more groundbreaking that any Nokia released recently. Nokia sells cheap phones, that's why they are No1 seller, it doesn't mean that they do interesting products.

[deleted post]well wat do you expect when a company releases like 10 phones at one time? of course most of the reviews are of nokias. They are the single largest phone manufacturer and seller in the world. Not to forget the list of "news" they released with thier latest hand sets.
This phone is certainly a looker. that chrome lip, the sleekness and the elegant crisp face of that phone, probably sh|ts on any other touchscreen non-qwerty key board phone out there.

Looks like Nokia is leaving the cameras with auto-focus only for the top devices, that's really nonsense and stupid.
