John , 03 Jan 2012is this phone upgradable to And 4. and is it support VOIP a... moreNo this mobile is un upgradable to android 4.0(ics) since this is because of its slow procesor and its main disadvantage is not having front camera. Since the front cam is nesosory for the ics update.

You guys should have included the LG Optimus Net as one of the Explorer's main competitors. The Net's cheaper and has a faster processor and has fixed some issues of the Optimus one. And while we're at it, please do a review on LG Optimus Net as soon as you can.

When you reuse the text content make sure that you've updated it according to the phone you are reviewing. In this case, there's no 'Skinnin' option available with Sense UI 3.5 on Explorer. Maybe it's the limitation of the phone or it's been completely removed. They have also stripped down the lockscreen customization. And there's no Wi-Fi hotspot too, at least on my unit. But you should have noticed it.
