Nokia is the fist one to introduced new technology every year. And you guys will follow it. Nokia started with multi tasking, FM transmitter, voice control, bust photo mode, usb otg, nfc, 1000 nits display, dolby mobile, and now preview technology.... Samsung copied few successfully (otg, nfc, bust mode), few partially(multi tasking) few yet to be copied (fm transmitter, 1000 nits, preview). When Nokia was busy in introducing technology, Samsung was busy in just upgrading devices. From single core to dual core to quad core. S4 will have 8 core and you will say "wow 8 core". I saw the s3 ad. It shows 3 thing.
1) bust mode (5800 did this in 2008)
2) nfc sharing (700 did this last year)
3) eye taking (phone will sleep after you sleep. But phone is suppose to float in air after you sleep?)
Common guys invent something new, don't project applications..

(S III also great in sun light, and it got much better big screen with higher resolution, a great viewing pleasure on internet browsing, this is some how can't get in this low resolution 808)
2) 808 have Dolby headphone and Dolby digital. (Dolby is just a trade mark, it is not a necessarily, the most important is it sound chip quality)
3) 808 have FM transmitter which SGS3 doesn’t have (how many people using this FM transmitter?)
4) And the monster 41 MP camera with oversampling technology which Samsung can’t even make in SGS50 (this is the only great feature of 808, but due to it bulkiness, I rather it is exclude, how many photos you snap a day in your phone? and S III camera still in great range.)
Beside all this, 808 using a waiting for R.I.P OS is already a big drawback. Symbian-Belle is no development, no support soon from Nokia, I am sure Nokia will fully abandon it soon as Nokia is already an idiot Microsoft slave now after it fully announced abandon the MeeGo few days back.
808 is nothing beside it oversize camera.

Those keep saying N8 now is ahead to any phone, or better image quality = never use others phone, sleep inside Nokia land and never wake up yet. :)

I can list 4 major features which SGS3 doesn’t have when compare to 808.
1) 808 have brightest display compare to SGS3. Means better visibility under sunlight.
2) 808 have Dolby headphone and Dolby digital.
3) 808 have FM transmitter which SGS3 doesn’t have

I love 808 bcoz of its 41 MP camera with oversampling technology, Better visibility in sunlight, Dolby technology, Cleanest Belle OS(Refer GSMA), Real Multi-tasking, free voice navigation, Etc.
Now tell me why you like SGS3? Is it bcoz of ICS or Samsung hardware or the name "SGS3"?

y do u need 2 judge a phone by it... moreThe photos of N8 have very good detail and natural colours and the images are crisp too... The oversaturated colors of s3 or 4s may look good in your eyes.... But you can get that easily using an app or computer in the N8 photos... Overall N8 is still very much ahead of 4s and s3...

Awesome phone!!>..... Belle runs lag-free and there are still 75k apps in nokia store and devs will create apps for this device as it is a niche device.. Symbian will recieve some apps from devs thanks to this device....

This is the best cameraphone I ever bought. I'm using it as a camera, with built in internet capability and GPS. Awesome.

I still dont get it. I do accept that n8 had a good 12mp camera. But you cannot deny the fact that a s3 or a 4s 8mp camera is better. The resolution matters. If you want to judge a phone by its camera,then its better to invest in a digital camera rather than a smart phone. Nokia N8 was the last nokia smart phone in that range which was a hit. Nokia E7,Nokia Lumia was a flop. Statistics prove that if people generaly buy an expensive phone,they generaly invest in Samsung & Apple. But as of late Samsung sales have broken all records. But i really want this Nokia gadget to reach new milestones.
I am officially not fighting with anyone,but I am saving for Samsung Galaxy Note 2.
And i hope my grammar was gud enough for the person who claims himself to be 'JESUS'
But please someone inform me about the release date of this nokia gadget

There is no camera this thin and 808 even beats most p&s cameras with ease and there is no need for carrying two devices all the time. I think this is very good buy for one who is active and like taking photos. There is no way that one would always have camera when it is needed. This is almost always with you.
And 808 shouldn't be compared to high end phones, cause it's not high end. It's mid range device and camera in one and makes it cheaper if compared to same quality phones and cameras.
