Motorola new RAZR family hands-on: First look

05 September 2012
Motorola treated us to three new members of the RAZR family – the Motorola RAZR M mid-ranger, the Motorola RAZR HD flagship and the Motorola RAZR HD MAXX battery life champion. The first two of those will be available both as global GSM devices and on the Verizon network, while the RAZR HD MAXX will initially be exclusively available as a part of the Verizon DROID family.

Moto would make a killing selling the GSM variety of the MAXX. Shame it's US only...

The only dissapointment for razr maxx hd is...
      1. No quad core 1.5Ghz krait CPU.
      2. No adreno 320 GPU
      3. No 2mpx HD front camera.
      4. No 12mpx or 16mpx back camera with the latest camera censor like Sony BSI censor camera chip or Examor RS censor.
      5. No power LED flash only small n less powerful LED flash.
      6. No protective cover for the usb n hdmi port.
      7. No water resistant, water and dust proof.
      8. No scratch and shatter proof glass display.
      9. No Super IPS LCD2 display.
      10. No dual loud speaker.
      11. The name should be Motorola MAXX 2 HD with the above up to date specs!

I think Motorola's announcement was more exciting than Nokia's announcement. It's sad that the Maxx version will be available only on Verizon Wireless.
