Right now the biggest dealbreaker here (for me) is the non-LTE variant which has the better chip. I just thought that if I would ever buy another phone, I would use it for about 2-3 years minimum. So I should get the most out of my money. Will probably wait for the review here and personal hands-on for HTC One and S4.
And guys, chill. It's just a phone. You really don't need to bash other people's opinions. After all, it all boils down with our preferences. Go try it yourself if you're confused which to choose.

s4 is visually appealing in pictures and looks more compact and premium

GS3 Design way better than GS4. Samsung need to hire better designer like me. Im really good at designing.

I want to see a comparison of two SGS4 brothers with different processors, the 9500 Exynos and 9505 S600.
That would be a good thing to know which of these two are really king of their own in performance.
If one of this two is really convincing maybe I'll try another shot of Galaxy devices due to my disappointment of waiting the HTC1's arrival.

I have 4 months old Galaxy S3, and i am fed up with my white plastic phone.
I would prefer Transformer series because i don't want to pay twice for a high end tablet and a high end phone.
BTW ASUS Transformer is worth 55k approx, and S4 is approx 40K.

- for my own opinion HTC doesnt seems to be having any WOW factor or any edge for specs to samsung and iphone
i think its just one of the most names out there, unlike to Samsung and iphone whove been giants is providing good quality products not just phones but computers,and others
- the fact that almost 30% of market shares the samsung is getting over iphone's 10percent and the rest just crap - people really knows what they need to have and what is the best out there
-did you ever want a HTC? nor an LG or SONY

- android OS are usually being released connected to the samsung phones so mainly its built to run on samsung phone ,its being adjusted only to work for the other phones

Why is everyone getting all fanboy like for? I love HTC phones and have only had HTC since i first got android. However, I'm not getting the HTC one because of the small 4 megapixel camera, i dont want to regret it. Anyway i might just get the S4. Yeah it might look like the S3, but it's still better lol. Anyway id take the padfone infinity's phone over all!
