Jay, 18 May 2013Many people comment that this phone will not sell or is awf... moreIt will sell like hotcakes because people in general will buy anything(and I mean anything)with a good marketing plan behind.Nothing to do with the quality or the actually usability of the device.
Also you might notice that besides the top dogs like Note II/S3/S4 the sales of the other trillion different size phones Samsung puts on the market each year are nothing to brag about.
What a phablet really means is that you have a hybrid device that is too big to use as a smartphone and too small to use as a tablet.It's not something that combines the best from both worlds(phone/tablet),it's actually a jack of all trades,master of none.
If you aren't bothered to put this thing near your ear I assume you can also find justifications to use a 9.5 inch "phablet" next year when it will be next big thing.
I also hear this often that some are having big hands for 4 inch phones or lower.Nothing to argue there but I really doubt that most of you are NBA players and your hands are that big to use a 6.3 device as a phone.

I have the S3, the Note 1, the Note 2, I bought the HTC One last week, and the one I prefer is the Galaxy Note 1.

If this had octa processor and 1080p it would be my next phone, note 3 looks like the only device worthy of replacing my note 2, ive got s4 too but still prefer my note 2 and in my opinion its still the best overall device currently available.

i have note 2 but cant wait to get one of these its just about the right size for me between a phone and tablet hope its a decent price though as samsung arent cheap even for a mid range handset...

Why have widgets... on the lockscreen, is not the lockscreen supposed to be a phone-lock and not another startscreen on top of the original startscreen? Is it so hard to swipe left, or right, to reach the startscreen with all live widgets that user needs these widgets already on the startscreen? Is i really easier to swipe left to reach the lockscreen widgets than it is to swipe left to unlock the phone to reach the same widgets on the startscreen? Why would users want anyone to be able to read their mails and facebookmessages... on the lockscreen without the need to unlock the phone?
