Switched provider and now cannot send international text, anyone know why? Company has checked that all is ok with service and also with receiving end able to receive, must be a setting on my phone?

Just connect the USB cable to your phone and to your PC, and install the software onto your computer... It will prompt you. Then you can open up your phone's memory or access it like the hard drive of your PC. Then just copy and paste

I bought my GT-C3520 in December 2015, don't use it much except for the odd phone call and messages but my battery needs to be recharged every other day. I run no apps so I am just a basic phone user. Does anyone have any tips to make my battery life last longer? Is anyone else having the same issue? Thank you.

I have already bought it for m... moreIt is a great mobile cell phone it's flip top design makes it almost impossible to make UN wanted phone calls unless something slips in and makes it open not as good as the old school Nokia cell phones that were manufactured in south Korea nonetheless an alright phone it will give the user trouble though keep using it or take it back for repairs it is worth it assure you I have Had my Samsung gte c3520 going for more than 1 year now and I am pretty happy with it except that Telstra wants to take down their 2g repeaters at the end of 2016 so in 2017 it will become a useless paperweight until then enjoy the phone plus my advice is to stay away from Telstra bigpond also known as Telstra one once again great phone
