my earphone jack doesn't fit well to a socket part of this cellphone for my earphone. until now, the socket part is damaged after i plug it in. what the hell

ok this phone is not the best phone I had due to the fact I had to take it back to the shop to repair 3 times because the screen went white than multi colour with weird shapes. 2nd problem wifi is rubbish on it I was 2 yards away from the router and it was still bad range incredibly slow internet and music, camera was ok. when I was on the phone it kept cutting out and also quality was like a phone from the early 90s making it difficult to hear the person on the other end of the call and anyway I gave this phone to my 15 year old and he didn't like it and I decided to get myself a Samsung tocco lite very nice and durable phone,
