Convoy 2 is a good enough work horse that you don't have to worry about breaking in your pocket. I had problems of people complaining about my voice sounding muffled, but found the issue. There is a tiny hole on the bottom of the phone, this can fill easily with dust or debris. I cleaned mine out and it made a huge difference. Do this carefully so you don't cram anything further in or cause damage.

Love the phone easy to use just have a problem with the microphone for the voice going so low you can not here who is talking. Any solutions? This is the our third phone.

This phone is rugged and simple. Got one question.
Why does this phone beep continually and use up my battery? Also what can I do to stop this. It is very irritating.

i like the phone i just wish it would last more then six months .. i think a phone should last a lot longer then six months my last phone lasted 13 years ! ! ! !
