Have had this about 3 months, bought it for my Mother, as she just wanted a simple mobile to answer a few calls here & there .
Unfortunately the ringtone works really well, volume wise but she finds it difficult to hear the callers at the other end, it seems to be very low / muffled.
Is there anyway of increasing the internal speaker so the the callers are easier to be heard ????
