However, you can turn data off when you aren't using the internet which will help battery life as LTE burns a lot of battery.

Upgraded to ICS. Excellent phone. Battery life could be better but LTE sucks battery. Added a better battery-2100 mAh, and it lasts a little longer.

i ... moresince you bought it already why don't you try using it? just pop the sim card in and see if it works.
one thing i know about this device is that it's only available for AT&T in the US. the one you have might already be unlocked.

I have no complaints, everything works perfectly as I want, just in the specifications here says it has 1 GB of RAM and the task manager shows me only 785 MB.
The smartphone has already upgrade to ICS. Here is the link and please update specifications.
