I have no idea how reliable this phone was back in the day. In the actual time is utter trash. Lags so much it gets frustrating to use apps, internet surfing is a pain, gets really hot, sometimes it restarts for no reason and battery drains so quick while using internet, apps, etc.
Now I repurposed the A3 as a music player only with some apps as tools and no use of internet at all. Works pretty well now with good battery duration and doesn't heat that much.

you activated that feature from setting, accessibility if you can manage to use it and go to setting and accessibility and turn accessibility control off your phone will get back to normal...
Heres some tips on how it works since accessibility control is activated...
1.you'll need to double tap or triple tap for everything you wanna select...
2.you'll have to press and hold screen for few seconds in order to swipe or scroll the screen...
3.make sure you listen to that speaking voice carefully while you doing all that,you'll need it to guide you more than you'll need your eyes to look at the screen for you since the phone is set to be used by blind and slightly deaf people...

It's quiet ok, just that it doesn't allow "Display over app settings" bcos of this is so fraustrating and annoying bcos so many important apps requires such settings but it is disabled in Samsung galaxy A3 core. If i would be given a second chance, i will not choose Samsung galaxy A3 core.

Samsung A3 cannot advise anyone to buy it . i bought this phone in November 2020 had battery issues was booked for repairs 4 weeks got it back now the wats up frozen not working got data bundle my friend saw this handset from me just bought it in December got same issues if you want to waste your money buy this software faulty handsets used samsung's headsets for years i will never ever advise some to buy samsung handsets most of them freezes uses not good decision i took now stuck with it thank you

I bought this phone in 2015 and i'm so happy with this amazing phone. It lags on running most of the apps nowadays but it's pretty fair.
