I took it to a Samsung repair shop and luckily I still had the 24months for Africa warranty, just before it expired and the technician advised me to change the whole mother board since it was the cause of the charging problem, and apart from that my earphone jack also worked only at times and the earpiece would come on and off during phone calls forcing me to use the loudspeaker. So unfortunately you might need to pay for a new motherboard which is not cheap. I was lucky mine was covered under warranty

I have had this phone for over 3 years now and it used to work just perfect. However, since January this year, this phone on charges when it feels like. I have tried different chargers but it still will only charge when it feels like after trying for almost 20+ times.
I took it to an offical Samsung centre and the technician said the culprit was the charging sytsem. He told me he replaced it and I paid almost $45 for this. When I went home with this phone, the problem has persisted and I dont know whet to do. I really fear when I am about to charge the phone because I just dont know how it's going to behave on a particular day. Anyone who has experienced the same, please help me out. I guess the charging system is just okay, maybe the problem is something else.

My phone simply doesnt charge. I have had this phone for 3+ years and of late it charges when it feels like. I took it to the Samsng care office where the technician told me the charging system could be the culprit and he even told me he replaced it, but the phone still behaves the same say. You can try almost 20 times using different chargers and it will only charge when it feels like. How do I sort this, and is there anyone else in this world undergoing the same problems as I am?

I have been using this phone for 3 years now...Here's a few things that I noticed :- After 3 years of usage, the camera quality has deteriorated and the sound is no longer loud (even though I never dropped it in water)... As far as the 90hz, it still works perfectly but the performance has deteriorated... I've seen lots of people talking about android 14 for this phone.. well sadly, the A32 has completed his lifespan and won't receive android 14 update.. but anyways, it's been a really good phone for me though.. I still miss the time I bought it... This phone has aged so quickly that I didn't even realise:-(

I got this phone as a work phone and it is crashing all the time it is very slow and it's quite bulky, because I prefer smaller phones like the Asus Zenfone 10 or 9. And the other hand I have a Samsung a41 which performs a bit better than the a32 but has its own disadvantages. In general I don't think that I will ever buy a Samsung anymore. Because I've also seen that the a41 is quite slow and I have removed Facebook from it because otherwise it would have crashed every now and then. So now I'm using Facebook on the Chrome browser.

I think you are using a 5G version.
A32 4G has no poroblems at all and its a great phone till now.

I have had this phone for almost 6 months and honestly it is the second worst phone I have ever had after the Samsung A40. The phone is too big and bulky, slow, crashing often and doesn't have a decent camera quality.

After taking some time, the company once again published an update schedule in Korea, which also predicted the availability of the update. However, both schedules don’t include the Galaxy A32 as a contender to receive the One UI 6 update.
