Anonymous, 21 Mar 2024I heard the battery life was disappointing.It's a mid tier Exynos device. If they can't make flagship chipsets efficient, it's to be expected that they won't do any better with a lower tier chipset.

Rahil, 21 Mar 2024Apart from the better-built quality, every upgrade is in re... moreI recently moved from a52s to a54 but my experiences with a54 wasnt really bad tho, I dont see any serious heating etc except while playing high graphic games etc tho(thus not much difference between a52s and a54 for me, maybe batterylife is bit underwhelming I guess)
But I agree if you want real upgrade from a52s, I suggest buying s23fe(256gb and 8 gb ram version is around 500 dollars in where Im living) or older flagshis with snapdragons too(if you dont care bout software updates ending in near future etc)

Wished it has at least sd 7+ gen 2 speed cpu. The 2019 sd855 phones still matches against this exynos chip :/

Please don't upgrade from your legendary A52s 5G. I bought the A54 5G after A52 4G, I regretted every minute of my purchase. The Exynos are just oven all the time, getting hot even with normal day-to-day tasks. Animation lags all the time, battery is even worse. And the A55 is no different. Just stick your A52s and wait for a Samsung which will offer a Snapdragon chipset.
