Guys sometimes 4G flickers to 3G signal on the phone's top right near the bars. After a couple of minutes it itself restores to 4G. But sometimes it doesn't so I need to turn off the mobile data and then back on. Someone else having this issue on their Galaxy C7?

I am using C7 since jully 2017, the phone is not bad but there are few thing which disappoint me, #1: the camera is too sensitive specially in video recording it keeps focuing frequently and get blur and clear, #2: it is not getting 4G network despite the clame of being 4G, #3: the tone of Notification and the tone of text msg remain same even if u change both of them, (in dual sim case) more over the set is good.

i have problem with my C7 mobile.. i cant use service like *102# .. & recharge prepaid... check balance.... other services.

My Galaxy c7 64gb crapped out just after 2 year mark. Zero warning and plenty of battery life as I charge every 2 1/2 days.

I have 2 years of buying a galaxy C7 and I'm happy. With the introduction of the new Androit 8.0 software, my mobile flies ... thanks Samsung! His only bug is night camera, while sunny days are wonderful photos. The battery also lasts for about 3 days. I recommend this to all, you will be very satisfied!

Thank you Samsung for showing us love. Woooo, Android 8 is now rolled out for galaxy C7 with August security patch. I can't wait to see the difference and rock my c7 to moon. Cheers

There is a new software update ( Security patch, about 312mb). I recieved mine yesterday. I look forward to the oreo update any moment from now. I trust Samsung will show us love

NIms, 18 Aug 2018my phone is not connecting to pc via usb cableCheck your cable or try a new one. Check the pc port too. Check your usb debugging. Also check the connection options, whether charging only etc

Man.. This phone built is likr a tank.. Id been continuously chamging pho n from Android to Apple.. But this phone.. Holy mother of zeus.. Dude, 6 times waking up and i found the phone on d concrete floor without a glass protector. Still ok..
Im using this for two years ears now.. 3x d screen went black and jaggered with green lines and the next day its ok.. The last time it happened i showed it to d technicians (all shops) they advised me to change the led screen.. But after two days its working again. And its working for 4months now!! Damn good phone.
