Amoled burn-ins is just a myth. I've seen couple of samsung amoled devices since 2012 and I never encountered that so called elusive burn-in. My friend has a Samsung Galaxy NOTE 1 and he's been using that up to this point and there's no burn-ins of any sort on the screen.

With those things you want, it would be larger and thicker. Without them they can put radio, bigger camera, more performant sim-slot, and bigger battery. And if you want some hackers to know your fingerprint, take a phone with fingerprint sensor, and don`t buy it.
