My galaxy express seems to be slowly shutting down. All apps I use is shutting down, how can I prevent this from continuing?

This is easily the worst phone I have ever purchased. Had problems from the word 'go'. The contacts in my list, at least 4 times a week I would get a message 'not registered on the network' when trying to call my friends. I would turn it off and start again. I took it back to Samsung after 3 months, they totally deleted the system then reloaded it again. It made no difference. Took it back to them before the warranty expired, they sent it away and after a month, they replaced it with a new one. It made no difference. It cost me $500. Many other problems as well.

I am having problem about installing new applications. The internal memory left 4GB and the system error ' insufficient storage' came out always. I have 16GB external sdcard. Wont able to move apps to sd card too. Please help. Thank you guys.

Don't able to record during call with its build-up record system, Battery lasting rate is very low, can't able to adopt microphone jack, can't catch video call sound..............is there any solution?
