Poor battery life. Gets hot even while using 3 g. Problems in storage device. Even having inbuilt capacity of 5 gb it cannot store even a single picture neither any app nor a single file. Bad idea to purchase this phone.

Bad phone, hanging problem, get very hot while using even 3g, poor battery life, s4 and s5 are far better than this.

Dearest friends.This is the best specifications of the Original of 2013 J smartdevice!!I dare say that almost 20 of J,s with less and more familiar and unfamiliar J,s have come and the maybe continued to J40 until the J,s tree roots are dried completely and dictionary wipe outs the J alphabet from its alphabets but besides J7primary none has anything to say around the vicinity of the Original J that its progress didn't continue like Note and S series but dare'..Justice Rights just Justly justifiable rightss and no more just bravely,....Omid12Omidvar,....

i purchased j-7 but there is so much signal problem in it. other mobiles with same networks are working normal but j7 shows no signals. another j7 i checked same problem i noticed.

My phone was on charge at 75% and after 5 minutes the greyhound came whining gto me from the room it was in. There was the phone with a powerful flashing coming from the eye beside the Camera. It was so hot I could hardly hold it. It continued unplugged until in the garden somewhat fearful it would ignite, I removed the Battery. Of course TALKTALK were useless on contact telling me to take it to a Carwarehouse 20 miles away, where they would change the battery. Oh no, the shop said, we have to send it to the manufacturer as its only 3 months old and a safety risk. So, no phone for v2 weeks . . . great!
