does it support adobe flash player so I can play games on facebook? my old galaxy tab 10.1 cannot download adobe flash player because it is not supported by my device. it is disappointing.... :-(

@Jeshin The Pro 12.2 is equal or better acording to specs than the 10.1 (2014) so pick the 12.2 when it comes out. That thing has a bigger battery than my laptop :(

How to fix the home screen display to enable all window panels/widgets to appear at once? I have encounered a little bit time difference of some widgets appeared once I go to the home screen display.

It proved to be a problem with power socket.
You have to bring it back to the dealer to fix it.
