Sausage, 28 Sep 20133g is something about 10 years old tech whereas LTE (or 4g)... more4G does not carry voice signals so when you get a phone call your phone still reverts to 3G.
It'd be better to get a 3G HSPA unit with WiFi and connect it to a WiFi at home or a mobile MiFi on the go. That way you still have 4G speeds while talking on the phone if your MiFi is a 4G unit.

Guys jst cheer yourselves!!! dnt u dare worry about this tab's connectivity. it has got wifi direct n its the BOSS of every connectivity facility!!! u can stream videos wirelessly to any other wifi enabled device in your house eg ur PC,even ur HDTV!!!
sony has DLNA for wifi direct substitute,bt DLNA is hardly serving any purpose like wifi direct as DLNA supports only few codecs and also dlna connects only to other dlna device and not jst wifi enabled device as a general. means to stream a video from your son tablet xperia z to tv,u have ti get a sony bravia hdtv tooo hahahahahaha!!!! SAMSUNG ROCKS!!!!!

So, 2G data connections is the best (lagging free, 1-4Kbps speed) & only hope for 3/4th of the smartphone users in rural India.

THANKS3g is something about 10 years old tech whereas LTE (or 4g) is just a couple of years old and great deal faster (something about 100 mbps vs 10 mbps for 3g) and more advanced.
Downside is it drains a bit more power and is obviously much more expensive.

This tablet the most powerful tablet in the world, 3GB Ram means everything is smooth, many task can be open at once, and the added interactive stylus means you can draw, take notes etc, for your research needs. Definitely get this tablet, Apple Ipad has nothing on this
