My phone s21 is give me serious problems with this fire precautions with it every time put it on charge it went off immediately 😑 I will be struggling to charge it please is it happen to everyone or is my phone that is faulty please I need reply

TT, 16 Jan 2024Is it worth it to buy s21fe in 2024? Or is iphone 12 or 11 ... moreStick with iPhone 11 or 13 simply because they have better battery life. Getting this phone is a downgrade in battery life compared to iPhone 11.
An S23+ or S24 would be a noticeable upgrade coming from an iPhone 12..
You should look at the ecosystem of iPhone vs Android, and the features you want. It's a big difference in experience. I would still use this phone over any model of iPhone available, but you have to know the benefits of Android.

H... moreIt's a great phone, even in 2024. Everything feel smooth and fast for normal app usage. This is actually the second time I bought this phone, previously sold to a family member. OneUI 6 is mainly an update to Android 14, the Samsung interface itself has only a minor changes from OneUI 5, nothing special.
Battery life will be depended on how new the battery is in your phone, better if you can buy the phone new. I am a light user, I don't game on my phone, and is good with managing my phone, so battery life is not a problem for me. I turn off Data, Bluetooth, Location whenever I can and use WiFi with WiFi Calling. Real life usage on the road for most people using data, bluetooth and location on all the time, with a used battery (assuming you buy a refurbished phone), my guess is 5hrs screen on time. I did a test and managed 8.5 hrs screen on time with just watching 1080p movies.
Samsung have lots of preloaded apps that need to be disabled, I have a ADB shell command line list that disable about 90 system apps and that's how I get better battery life. Things like Bixby, Google app, and Facebook are disabled.
