The phone is better built compared with the previous one (the S22 Ultra) and the sound is performing good also.
The most important issue is with the back camera. The software of the phone allows to shoot photos in 12, 50 and 200 megapixels RAW, even though the koreeans incorporated two cameras of 10 megapixels. Giving the fact that the software of the phone starts from 12 megapixels, not 10, those 2 cameras are preety much useless. In rest everything is acceptable.

Debating between this and the new Honor Magic6 Pro.
Magic6 has the newer Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. This has way better software experience and arguably better cameras.

My s23 ultra has a green tint on the display whenever it's on low brightness mode and when lock ,unlocking the device. This happens to me after the software update anyone encountered this

Both phones will perform as you wished, but I'll remind you it's a huge phone if you upgrade from S10+, battery should be about the same if both phone are running at FHD resolution. I suggest you visit a Samsung store to see if the larger phone will suite you. I've large hand but I'm not fond of it. You might find it comfortable, who knows?

3. Yes but for a lot of video calls especially on mobile data no phone will last you a day. But battery on this beast is awesome.
4. There is such thing as this model is better. S23 ultra is the best in the line and that's it.

I have this phone right now, it is my first flagship which im am the first owner of, and it is realy good, photos are great, zooming in is great, and s24 ultra is so similar it even has worse zoom camera, great phone, recommend it.

Hi, guys! I'm planning to get this phone (a self birthday gift haha), updating from my loyal companion, my dear S10+ (it will be kept as a backup and for some "home apps" like banking and so, a semi retirement), but I'd like some suggestions from you (maybe they can help others too):
1. Is the S23 Ultra somehow above the S23 Plus? (Besides the SPen feature, I mean)
2. Now it's March 2024, is there any possible issue identified so far for the S23 Ultra?
3. Is the battery really that good? (I use a looot for calls/videocalls and web navigating, usually for watching videos on social media, and sometimes for gaming, but nothing competitive like shooting games) How does your battery look like after a day of intensive use? I've heard the S23 Plus has better battery life, so...
4. Any other tip or advice you could give me? (Please, keep those "XXXX model is better", I prefer to choose between the S23 Plus and the S23 Ultra)

Did anyone noticed since the last update the camera altogether became crappy quality. Used to make amazing quality photos, it's all grainy now. Not as clear as it used to be. For ecample, I can't see plate numbers on cars that are distant in photos, before they were clear and you could see them. Etc...

Decent camera(there is gcam on XDA forums for more natural photos), spen, bright display, snappy perfomance, many features(AI will come with one ui 6.1) and 3 more OS updates with 4 years of security. This phone is still worth to use for 3+ years.
