my Chinese rockchip 7' tab is better dan dis...
its cheaper dan this and has same amount of ram with no sim and with wifi, JB 4.1, mail 400 gpu (can play EA Most wanted without lagging)and yes IPS screen...
only missing is BT..

The difference between 3200 and 3210 should be in with or without LTE and not with sim and without sim. Secondly, the screen resolution is a dampner. 600 X 1024 resolution in all reviews is bad while that of google nexus 7 (Asus) who are competing with similar device at low price is 800 X 1280 resolution. The latter has raving reviews on resolution with ppi also modestly better that too at very reasonable price. I'm sure samsung won't be able to compare in the price so should at least be comparable in specifications. Secondly in a tablet 8GB is kind of less with jelly bean taking up 4GB and apps consuming more. The device is likely to become slow. The RAM and processor is also modest. With limepie coming soon and update won't be easy then. Limepie may take up who knows 6 or 8 Gb int. memory. ( that is if specs. given at gsmarena are correct. )
