i am using this cell from last month with zong in Pakistan but it is not working with other networks. it is not locked. i want to change my network but this creating problem. plz solve it

aaron, 05 Apr 2011i want to know how to format the phone.....reset everything... moreTo reset to factory default, 1st backup your files, programs, messages, contacts e.t.c. 2nd switch off the phone, 3rd press down the up arrow key or scroll button along side with the power button, 4th follow the instruction of the black screen and reply yes. best of luck

pls i was trying down load some file to my phone but it indicate not enough memory to contain it,while i was trying to delete some file as it was telling me.i coulding remember where or what i delete,the whole data and .file .inside the phone deleted.up till now can make use of the phone for any other thing than making calls only.please what do i do to restore the phone back.
