Plastic or not their phones are selling very well, it`s more important what is inside forget about fancy ceramic nanocoating from htc that peels off and stylish glass back cover of the iPhone 4/4s which breaks very easily. It`s a matter of taste and compromise.

For some time Samsung is the world`s top mobile manufacturer and this is for some good reasons. Nokia isn`t what it used to be and that is why many people are opting for other brands. I am not a fan of either one but this is the truth, and worse, Nokia is still in a big deadlock.

Not a Good One I strictly recommend Nokia Lumia 710 instead of this Nokia made quality product with it's cool apps like Nokia Drive, Transport and thousands of apps develop for it's windows phone.
Nokia is world leader in Mobile Phone Industry.

evn i of mind not to buy a windows phone untill things are dead clear..... I was thinking of going for lumia 710 and then this M..... But then waz confused over the update issue, so now might wait till sept or oct for win8... Hope they do launch the mid range devices..... Thanx once again mate :)

I forgot to mention.
But still, there is always a possibility that they will decide not to give you the upgrade. Most likely saying, "we cannot give you the upgrade even if we want to, because of the hardware requirements".
So, you really should not buy this WP7 now.

As usual, all features will not be supported due to the hardware requirements issues.
Like CPU, RAM, or even screen resolution.
That's what I've heard.
Besides, how do they make a money if they give you a full upgrade to the WP8 anyway?
You figure it out.
Looks like, Nokia has already announced the new lumia series, what they called, "Lumia 610 NFC". So, supporting NFC must be true.
But, in terms of the card slot, I'm still skeptical. Even now, they can add the card slot if they want. But, they chose not to. So, it's unlikely that they will supprt it even in the WP8.
Unless otherwise, I'm sure those WP7 users would be furious about it. I would if I were them.
But, I'm rather curious about what those five star reviewers in the Amazon.com would have to say.

Windows is decent OS.To be honest , if u want a "fresh look" from an OS which is buttery smooth and easy to use , go for Windows Phone.
Android is only good if u buy certain models like galaxy s2 or s3 , Razr etc.(most of them are of high cost) , low budget android phones never work properly.
Yes all current models will be updated to next OS Windows 8.
But all features may not be supported.
it is rumored that Windows 8 devices come with Micro-SD card slot and NFC capability , MicroSD slot is a big addition because currently no Windows Phone support it , While Android Phones support microSD.
If u want goodmid range phone , wait till next year and buy one after new models come.
At this moment , it is better to wait because in June , Google I/0 and Windows developer summit take place and microsoft/google both announce whether they support their next OS or not and also provide hardware specifications needed for a device whether it can be upgraded or not.
So just wait till July and then decide , if u cant wait , if u need phone urgently then buy high end android device or Omnia W but not Omnia M
