Samsung Z1 Tizen 2.4 update to roll out in a few days
The Tizen 2.4 update for the Samsung Z1 smartphone will start rolling out in a few days - around January 22. This was revealed by Jason Dongwon Kwak, Managing Director of the South Korean company's R&D Institute in India.
Kwak also revealed that the update will bring along support for "SHAREit and WhatsApp voice call," as well as many other features. These include Ultra Data Saving mode, enhanced messaging, and the ability to hide your personal messages and memo as well as record your voice along with your favorite songs. In addition, it will also feature easy video player controls, memo creation, and setup wizard.
For those who aren't already aware, Samsung has already released a couple of Tizen 2.4 beta firmware for the Z1 so far. However, this would be the final OS version.
